This tea gained MOA organic certificate in 2011. However, the price was not enhanced. The farmer of this tea has been converting all his lands to organic certification. Therefore, change of certification status didn't change anything in his operational costs. Our other MOA certified organic teas and all our Taiwan oolong competition grade teas are from this producer.

Or even easier - use a small cup (or half volume of a mug), throw 7-8 grains of dry tea in the cup, pour in newly boiled water, let it steep for a few minutes and start drinking when taste builds up. 5 infusions or more. Each time when 1/3 volume tea water is left in the cup, add in more hot water.
